She specializes in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, learning differences, life transitions, and other individualized needs, while also providing parental support and coaching.

Andrea Mann has over 8 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She has worked as an elementary teacher, special educator, and school counselor, providing individual and group counseling, coping strategies, and guidance for students with a wide range of mental health challenges.

Andrea works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, parenting challenges, and other individualized needs, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients achieve their goals. She is passionate about empowering children and adolescents and their families to build resilience and self-confidence.

Christina Newbill-Redmond, LGPC

Christina Newbill-Redmond is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and Professional School Counselor.

Christina is passionate about supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life transitions.

With a background as an educator, she brings years of experience working with clients facing anxiety, stress, and self-doubt related to middle school, high school, college transitions, and beyond.

She understands the hesitation and stigma that can come with seeking mental health services and strives to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered. Her eclectic therapeutic approach integrates person-centered therapy, strengths-based frameworks, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and DBT-informed techniques.

Christina works alongside clients to build emotional resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop practical coping skills that support confidence and emotional regulation. Her goal is to help each client identify their strengths, manage life’s challenges more effectively, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.

Veronica Palleres, LGPC

Veronica Palleres is a bilingual therapy intern with over 20 years of experience supporting children and adults. She previously worked as a Parent Community Coordinator in the public school system, improving home-school communication and supporting families to address their needs.

Veronica works with clients facing anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, communication issues, and relationship concerns. She uses empathetic listening, guided practice, collaboration, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop coping strategies and find their own path toward happiness and well-being.

Tynia Wainwright, Counseling Intern

Tynia Wainwright is a counseling intern pursuing her LGPC licensure in mental health counseling, with a background in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. She brings over 25 years of professional experience, including service in federal government and contributions to the law enforcement community.

Tynia uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Under the supervision of Diane Brumfield, she helps clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and foster emotional well-being, empowering them to explore strengths and create meaningful change.

Leslie M. Aponte is a bilingual counseling intern specializing in children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She brings insight into military family life and the challenges of living abroad, providing strategies for healthy emotional and social growth.

Leslie uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach, incorporating solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. She works with clients experiencing adjustment challenges, anxiety, depression, and related concerns, helping them better understand themselves and others while fostering resilience and strong relationships.
