Christina Newbill-Redmond is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC).

Christina is passionate about supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life transitions.

With a background as an educator, she brings years of experience working with clients facing anxiety, stress, and self-doubt related to middle school, high school, college transitions, and beyond.

She understands the hesitation and stigma that can come with seeking mental health services and strives to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered. Her eclectic therapeutic approach integrates person-centered therapy, strengths-based frameworks, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and DBT-informed techniques.

Christina works alongside clients to build emotional resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop practical coping skills that support confidence and emotional regulation. Her goal is to help each client identify their strengths, manage life’s challenges more effectively, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.
