Insurance Information
Currently, we are accepting Cigna, Carefirst, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Out of Network Insurance. If you are utilizing out of network benefits, I will provide you with superbills – if you choose – to help ease the reimbursement process.
Fees:
- Initial Consultation: Free
- Intake: $175
- Psychotherapy (45-50 minutes) – $175
- Educational Consulting (60 minutes) – $95

What We Offer
Depression Treatment
We provide a safe and warm environment for you to process feelings of depression, identify coping mechanisms and attempt to find peace from feelings of depression.
Anxiety Treatment
Anxiety is a normal part of life for both children and adults. We offer coping strategies and a safe environment to process anxious feelings to move you forward in freeing yourself from the tight grip anxiety may have on you.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a researched, method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences.
Counseling for Life Transitions
If you are in the midst of a life transition and find yourself lacking a sense of self, experiencing negative emotions and/or feel stuck, you may need counseling services to assist you in moving forward.
Therapy for College Students
Many college students feel a great deal of pressure and academic, financial, social and family stressors. We offer a person-centered holistic approach to meeting these unique challenges.
Educational Consulting & Parent Coaching
I have a strong knowledge base in how to work with schools to support children in finding success in the school house.
